At Regal Gentleman, we are committed to providing the highest quality products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and indicate your preference for a refund or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
